Responsible for the most complex activities associated with general ledger, financial/operating reports, and budget analysis.
This level requires broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles including the preparation of strategic recommendations to management.
May coach less senior accountants.
Role typically requires more than 5 years of experience.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with monthly & annual financial close
Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
Assist with accounts receivable tasks including cash posting, collection, etc.
Assist with the annual audit as needed
Auditing expense reports
Assist with set up of AP automation initiatives
Other responsibilities as needed
Adhere to established company values, practices, policies and procedures always.
Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations, and standards.
Education / Experience / Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
2+ years of related work experience in manufacturing preferred
Workflow implementation/experience preferred
ERP experience
Expensify experience preferred
