2.5 ton Goodman outdoor ac compressor unit Never used - $800 (Gorham)

5 ton outdoor ac compressor unit Bought New a few yrs (4?) ago and never installed/used.
Unit has since sat on the pallet it came on in our garage.
According to my own personal experience this price is a real steal.
I have had some debate over wether it's a 2 ton or 2.
5 ton.
I'm not a professional heating/air technician.
Although my husband is the next best thing I am posting pictures of the systems information so that potential buyers can read the labels directly on the unit to find out such and any other particulars you need to know to ensure it's what you are looking for and to know it's going to work for your individual need.
We did purchase it brand new though.
It sat wrapped up on the pallet it shipped in for nearly a year until we moved into our new home.
At which point it was unwrapped in our garage were it has sat unwrapped since then, for a couple years now as we discovered we no longer needed it.
We purchased for the place we had previously lived in, a home that we were having to completely gut and rebuild from the inside out.
We caught it on a deal & snatched it up but had only just finished replacing water lines.
We were just finishing up interior wall repairs, painting, and bathrooms when we got an opportunity for another home better suited for our families needs.
The waiting to be installed became the waiting to move.
Sold the other to a neighbor who intended to doze the other place as he was interested in the lot so took the unit w us.
Decided we aren't using it here and could use the money as well as understand others may be in need of one as they aren't always easy, and rarely ever a cheap find.
Motivated seller aware of the units value but never unwilling to negotiate.
Unit is heavy so shipping isn't feasible, buyer must pick up.
