Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell drink specials and promote new menu items to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations in the food industry
