Customer Service Representative

is a services firm providing business consulting, training, and operations support to the hospitality industry in Southern Illinois.
Job duties in this position include (but are not limited to): Customer Service in person & over the phone Order intake, proofing, and fulfillment Ensuring accuracy of orders throughout the process Purchasing: sourcing, placing, & tracking supply orders Freight check-in Inventory management Production & assembly Retail design of displays Maintain a clean & tidy work/retail space Routine equipment maintenance Cross training across departments Benefits include: 7 Holidays 2 Weeks vacation IRA w/ up to 3% company match Day 1 eligible Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM, 1hr lunch (Opportunities for overtime possible) The ideal candidate for this position will be a self starter with an attention to detail, and be excited to become part of a team in an established, family-owned business in a creative environment.
Basic computer literacy is required.
Experience in CorelDRAW Graphics Suite is a plus, but not required.
