At Green Growth Group the Delivery Driver is responsible for a wide range of activities relating to the delivery of cannabis products throughout Illinois while maintaining consistent communication with store location and security ensuring quality, time-efficient arrival of products at cannabis dispensaries.
Delivery Drivers must also follow all state regulations and protocols while using a company vehicle.
The successful applicant will be punctual, reliable, and with a fine attention to detail, who is focused on delivering a great experience to our customers with every delivery.
*Role Requirements:*
* Must be able to work a flexible scheduling including long days/nights, some Saturday deliveries required.
* Follow Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations.
* Provide exceptional services on behalf of your designated dispensary.
* Provide product delivery service from your designated dispensary to customers addresses
* Ensures the safe transport of product, that manifests are complete with correct information, package quantities, dates, times, and mileage
* Follow assigned randomized routes and secure delivery services with signal checks as required during each route
* Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations and builds a long-term rapport
* Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customers information
* Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and in proper operational order
* Work in close coordination with a team of other Delivery Drivers, Designated Dispensary, Inventory Specialists, and Security/dispatching personnel
* Supports the teamwork effort in both starts of day and end of day procedures
* Act as a liaison between customer and management to continually improve the customer experience
* Performs other duties and tasks as assigned\*
*Skills/Experience Requirements:*
* 1-3 years transportation of goods experience
* Age 21 or over (Required)
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
* Valid Driver’s License (Required)
* Clean driving record (Required)
* Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needs
* Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detail
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
* Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Demonstrates high emotional intelligence
* Ability to effectively multi-task
* Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail
*Education and Professional Requirements:*
* Highschool or Equivalent
* Must be 21 or older
* Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check annually
* Must have clean driving record
*Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:*
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to sit in a vehicle for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.
