Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of both individual children and the group.
- Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
- Instruct children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Ensure equipment and the facility are clean, well-maintained, and safe at all times.
- Keep parents informed about their child's development and any concerns that arise.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of child development and early education theories and practices.
- Strong understanding of literacy education, childhood development, math concepts, and physical education for young children.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while creating a positive learning environment.
- Experience in toddler care, child welfare, and working with students on an individual basis.
