Teacher

```Duties``` - Create and implement lesson plans - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students - Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning atmosphere - Provide individualized instruction and support to students - Promote literacy education through engaging reading and writing activities - Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive student behavior -- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student success ```Qualifications``` - Minimum of 30 college hours (6 hours ECE) with 1 year experience or 60 college hours (6 ECE) - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - classroom management skills - communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students - Prior experience in childcare or related field is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
