Description
The Fashion Studies Program is currently accepting applications for a NTT faculty position for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Following university protocol, this position is a semester-by-semester appointment; dependent on the needs of the program a spring 2025 contract may be offered.
The start date for this position is August 16, 2024.
Examples of Duties
The candidate for this position shall be responsible for teaching courses in the fashion design specialization.
This full-time teaching position requires a 4-4 teaching load (4 courses each semester.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have a MS, MFA, ABD or PhD in a fashion design or related fashion discipline.
Persons with a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Art, or Bachelor of Fine Arts in a fashion related discipline with appropriate related industry experience (i.
e.
, 6+ years) may also be considered.
The successful candidate must be able to provide face-to-face instruction.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous teaching experience in the specific areas of teaching responsibility at the university or college level and industry experience.
