This is a futon with wood arms and heavy duty wood frame and has a maroon pad.
The mattress pad is of a better quality than the normal thin ones.
It has more stuffing and so it is thicker.
The mattress does have a water stain on it.
It measures 83" long by 50 wide when folded out into a bed.
