JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Loan Operations Manager assists in overseeing the daily loan servicing process for Legence Bank and American Farm Mortgage and Financial Services.
They ensure that loans are processed in an efficient and accurate manner.
Essential Functions To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily.

Apply full knowledge of banking operations and best practice management techniques to provide for effective and efficient management of all assigned personnel.
Oversee Loan Scanning Process including the updates, modifications, and administration of the CenterDoc system and Hawthorn River exception items.
Update and maintain performance metrics for Loan Servicing, Loan Booking, and Post-Closing.
Handle customer inquiries including but not limited to account information, discrepancies, and payments.
Determine daily/weekly priorities for Post-Closing department.
Oversee Loan Booking Process including updates and modifications to NxtSoft Ground Control tool.
Monitor and reconcile loan exceptions and exception reporting.
Oversee the completion of daily/monthly FreddieMac reporting.
Handle Force Placed Insurance items such as resolving disputes with customers and resolving discrepancies with policy renewals.
Create and maintain procedures for Loan Servicing, Loan Booking, and Post-Closing.
Monitor and pay delinquent real estate taxes.
Monitor, develop and update internal resource bank, including relevant templates.
Develop and maintain processes and procedures for loan payoffs.
Assist Account Department with balancing loan GLs.
Responsible for the effective and efficient work performance of assigned employees, Provide assistance on complex issues regarding daily operations.
Maintain effective, timely and open communication with all departments and the management team.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication.
Adhere to all Legence Bank and AFMFS service standards, serving as an example to other team members, as well as to our customers.
Represent and promote the Company within the community through participation in bank sponsored events, philanthropic opportunities and civic events.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
