Dietary Manager

We are seeking a Dietary Manager for our skilled nursing facility.
Experience in a long term care setting would be very beneficial.
Dietary Manager oversees the overall operations of the dietary department including budgeting, inventory ordering, staff scheduling & supervision, oversight of meal preparation/service.
Must have knowledge of various diets and required textures (such as mechanical and puree).
Wage may be negotiable depending on experience level and Dietary Manager certification.
Dietary Manager certification is required.
If successful applicant does not currently possess this certification, facility will assist the individual in obtaining this certification.
