Personal assistant (PA) is paid by the state of Illinois through the Division of Rehab Services *\*\*Preference given to CNAs, DSPs, or those with prior experience as a personal assistant (PAs) \*\** - Pay rate: $17.
25/hr - Health insurance available after working full-time for probationary period (dental and vision can be added for additional price) - Location: Marion, IL Duties include: - Household chores (laundry, cleaning, meal preparation, etc.
) - Activities of Daily Living - Must be willing to assist patient with caring for pets (one cat and one small dog) Positions available: *Nights - 10p-7a or 7p-7a, 2-4 shifts/wk * Evenings *The majority of available hours is on night shift; falling asleep is not allowed* Due to patient's respiratory condition, it is preferred for the caregiver to be a non-smoker.
*\*\*MUST BE HIGHLY RELIABLE\*\** NUMBER OF HOURS CAN BE NEGOTIATED UPON HIRE Requirements: - *Must be able to lift 90 lbs*.
