ICPN-SST Clinical Therapist/Social Worker/Case Manager 1724R (Carbondale, IL) Position: Clinical Therapist; Social Worker; Case Manager Locations: Carbondale, IL Description: ICPN is a team approach, with support and assistance from other team members to provide the highest quality clinical interventions to the people we serve.
Position includes full time benefits and competitive pay.
Responsibilities: Serves as a member of the Illinois Crisis Prevention Network’s Support Service Teams Provide case management and therapeutic supports to children and adults with an intellectual/developmental disability, many of whom are dually diagnosed with a mental illness Individual therapy services Resource development Ensuring family and/or support staff are appropriately trained to effectively implement behavioral and medical recommendations.
