As an integral part of our team, you will perform basic medical tasks.
You are responsible for maintaining a clear line of communication between a patient, their family, and their caregivers.
You will provide basic and specialized medical care to a diverse range of patients.
Basic tasks include but are not limited to: Taking and monitoring patients’ symptoms and vital signs, taking blood, urine, or tissue samples for analysis, changing wound dressings, bandages and bedpans, inserting catheters, preparing patients for medical procedures or surgeries, supporting patients during treatments and diagnoses, documenting patients’ medical information and reporting health status of patients to the supervising RNs or physicians.
*Qualifications:*
· Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the appropriate State agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing
· Full, active, current, and unrestricted licensure as a licensed practical or vocational nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.
e.
, Puerto Rico) of the United States, or District of Columbia
· BLS certification.
· 1-2 years recent nursing experience
· Able to pass drug screen and background check
· Citizen of the United States
