Maintenance Personnel

We are seeking a Maintenance Personnel to join our team.
You will be an integral member in helping us maintain our properties in the area.
This is a Part-time position.
Responsibilities: * Keeping the properties clean and doing routine maintenance work.
* Problem-solve and address water leaks or HVAC concerns.
* Assist with the delivery of violation and late notices and attend weekly meeting with supervisor * Assist with the coordination of third-party vendor work.
Qualifications: * Previous experience in property maintenance and management is a plus * Driver's license and reliable transportation * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $13.
