Leasing Agent

We are looking for an experienced leasing agent for an affordable Section 8 family complex.
Desired candidate will have Yardi experience and at least 2 years working in a low-income development qualifying prospects in accordance with the Tenant Selection Plan, taking work orders, filing, processing interim and annual recertifications in a timely manner, and managing general office operations as assistant to the Manager.
Ideal candidate is able to multi-task, follow directions, be personable, have good telephone etiquette, and be able to deal with the public in a professional and respectful manner.
Leasing Agent Licensure required within 90-days of employment at Employer expense.
