is currently seeking a Remote Property Manager for our affordable, low income housing community located in the Greenville, IL area.
Candidate must have a home office, be highly organized, have great communication skills, ability to work with the public and meet deadlines regularly and have a pleasant personality.
Responsibilities include rent collection, maintaining tenant files, annual re-certifications, lease renewals, manage maintenance work orders and supplies inventory, manage pest control process with scheduling and inspections, oversee and resolve tenant conflicts, coordinate tenant move in/move out and other duties as assigned.
We require a high school diploma, computer skills and customer service knowledge .
