male seeking basement or room to rent (Dowell, muphysboro, or duquoin)

I'm 38 seeking to move by the end of Feb I do not need a furnished room.
I do also have my own washer and dryer.
I have a verified and vetted emotional support dog he's fully trained and friendly with animals, even children.
But I'd prefer to find a place without kids $400 a month is my range but willing to pay $450 the extra fifty would be the dogs rent
