Store Manager in Training

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily operations of the store - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Train and supervise store employees - Monitor and maintain inventory levels - Handle cash register transactions and ensure accuracy - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Conduct employee orientation and training programs - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner Requirements: - Previous experience in wireless sales or retail sales is preferred - Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and budgeting purposes - Ability to effectively supervise and lead a team of employees - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts - Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or products - Negotiation skills for vendor or supplier interactions Note: This position is a Manager in Training role, which means that the selected candidate will undergo training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become a full-fledged manager.
