OVERVIEW:
Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for ourcustomers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and executionstandards, and ability to prioritize.
Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and supporttheir shopping experience.
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floorsets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishmentstandards, etc.
Promote company programs (i.
e.
, customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.
).
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standardoperating procedures.
Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feelswelcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs.

Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Ability to workat heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
