Duties and Responsibilities:
Technicians work in the Mt Vernon and surrounding area.
Technicians work on Pepsi and snack vending machines, they also install fountain drinks.
Training is provided.

Job Overview: As a Vending Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines and fountain machines.
Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless operation of these machines to provide optimal service to our clients and customers.
This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and installing new vending and fountain equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Setup:
Install and set up new vending machines and fountain equipment at client locations.
Ensure proper placement, electrical connections, and functionality of all components.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Conduct routine maintenance on vending and fountain machines to prevent malfunctions.
Diagnose and repair technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Replace faulty components, such as coin mechanisms, bill validators, and refrigeration units.
Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on vending and fountain machines to ensure they meet company standards.
Implement upgrades and modifications to enhance machine performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Support:
Respond to service calls from clients to address technical issues or machine malfunctions.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving problems promptly.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure adequate stock for repairs and installations.
Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary components.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of machine installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Generate reports on machine performance, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
Qualifications:
Training is Provided
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems is a plus
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
Working Conditions: This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, exposure to various weather conditions, and occasional lifting of heavy equipment.
Flexible working hours may be required to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends.
